Joshua had a radical encounter with Jesus and was baptized in the Holy Ghost in 2021. Yuliya grew up in a church in Ukraine. She encountered the fire of God in a life-changing way in 2022 after experiencing devastating circumstances and fleeing Ukraine as a refugee after a full-scale war started. 

Joshua and Yuliya came to Victory Church in 2022, shortly after getting married, led by a desire to be part of a church filled with the fire and presence of the Holy Spirit.

Currently, they are students at Bethesda College. Their marriage is a testimony of God’s redemption and has been marked by a growing passion for Jesus Christ. Their purpose is simple: to live for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and walk in the fullness of everything He purchased for us on the cross.
