Our History
Feed the Multitudes began in 1990 during a challenging financial season for our church. In that time, God placed a clear and compelling call on our Pastor’s heart: find those who are hurting more than you—and bless them.
Victory Church responded in faith, stepping out to serve the community and meet tangible needs. What started as a simple act of obedience has grown into a lasting outreach, rooted in the truth of Acts 20:35—“It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
In Matthew 25:35-36, Jesus said, “For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to me.” This is why we throw the biggest FREE FOOD FESTIVAL in New Orleans every July 4th!
