The Lord has given Pastors Frank and Parris a mandate to raise up 300 Fishermen in the years ahead who will reach the lost, disciple believers, and help build strong, Christ-centered families. 

Join Pastors Frank & Parris on Wednesday, September 30 at 6:30 PM in the Life Center for an evening of equipping, dinner, and powerful testimonies as we prepare to make an eternal impact in our community.

As we look ahead to Victory’s 50th Anniversary in 2029, we are committed to raising up men and women who will answer the call to become Fishers of Men. Come ready to be encouraged and challenged as we prepare for the end-time harvest!
