Pastor Terrance was born and raised in New Orleans and was called to the ministry at the age offour. Terrance grew up in revival at Victory Church where God gave him a heart for the city of New Orleans. As a teenager, he walked away from the Lord and became involved in a destructive lifestyle on the streets of New Orleans. In 2012 God began to change his perspective and gave him a hunger and a thirst for Him. In January of 2013, Pastor Terrance fully surrendered his life to the Lord. Today, he is married to Pastor Joy where they (with their 2 boys) pursue God passionately and with their whole heart.
Pastor Joy Jones has always had a heart to love and care for people. After getting saved at Beyond The Grave in 2013, that love grew and she knew deep inside there was more. She enrolled into Bethesda Bible College and began serving in different ministries in the church. Joy started volunteering with Mary’s Song for about two years and really grew to love the girls and all that God was doing in their individual lives. This love rapidly increased into a burning passion and desire for full time ministry. In March of 2017, Joy came on staff at Victory part time, which included her family moving to Bethesda Community to oversee the property. In 2018, Joy came on staff full time at Victory and haven’t looked back since! Today she is the Medical Coordinator for Mary’s Song. Joy and her husband are also Directors of Bethesda Community and Feed the City Food Pantry.
