In 1988, Victory opened a nationally accredited Bible school, Bethesda College of Ministry and the Bible. Bethesda’s associate and bachelor programs equip students to minister to a hurting world and bring revival locally and globally. Today, many of our graduates are impacting the community, the nation and the world with Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Since Victory’s founding in 1979, providing Christian education has been Pastors Frank and Parris’ vision for their church and community. Recognizing the importance of an educational institution that addresses the spiritual needs of children as well as their intellectual requirements, the Baileys founded Victory Christian Academy and Preschool in 1984. Today, Victory Christian Academy has over 300 students. Students are enrolled from Pre-K3 to 8th Grade.
