Justin Boudreaux was born in 1994 amid the revival at Victory Church. Shortly after giving his life to Jesus on March 21, 2018, he felt a call into full-time ministry, following the footsteps of his grandfather, and mother who served in ministry. Shortly after his conversion, he quit his job and joined a 4-year internship and bible college program at his local church in the suburbs of New Orleans. He married Victoria after he finished Bible college, and they both felt the call of God to reach the city of New Orleans with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a passion for seeing people be set free and walk in the power of the Holy Ghost.

Victoria was born and raised in New Orleans attending Victory Church. She gave her life to Jesus at a very young age and has had a heart for God ever since. She pursued a career in civil engineering until August 2018 when God called her into the ministry through a powerful encounter. After attending Dr. Rodney Howard Browne’s online Bible school, she was licensed as a minster in 2024. She married her husband Justin in 2023, and they both stepped into full time ministry soon after. She is passionate about seeing the body of Christ set ablaze by the preaching and teaching of the full counsel of God’s word with a demonstration of the Holy Spirit’s power.
