Holiday Happenings
The Wonder of Christ at Advent points the reader to look to God Himself, Jesus, the only begotten One of the Father and His creation all around us to behold His glory. It beckons you to stay awhile in that place of wonder at His magnificence. To allow the Holy Spirit to keep His majesty in our view through the portraits of creation. It can come through the sudden appearance of a glorious sunset, in the silence while you are alone in your room, or in the celebration of His gathered saints. The important thing for each of us is that we stay in wonder before the glory of our great God. Psalm 19:1, says, “the heavens are telling the glory of God.” As you open and read this advent devotional, and gaze upon His beauty each day, may the glory of God be magnified as you rejoice in God above all things.
